A Chinese airport was dramatically closed after an aliencraft was detected by baffled air traffic controllers. They spotted the UFO on radar screens forcing bosses to ground flights and divert planes away from Xiaoshan airport in the eastern city of Hangzhou.
The mysterious object glowed on monitoring instruments late on Wednesday night and was snapped by a stunned local. Many reported seeing a comet-like fireball in the sky.
The craft eventually vanished from radar screens but airport chiefs launched an immediate probe into the sighting.

This update from one expert:
Last week, the internet was abuzz after China’s Xiasosphan airport was shut down for an hour after a UFO was spotted hovering a few hundred feet in the air.
Geoffrey Forden, who is a weapons expert from MIT has surveyed a few videos of the alleged UFO. He has came to the conclusion that its most likely not a UFO but a DF-21 missile.
Forden told CNN that he believes the images of the flying object were not “photo-shopped” in anyway but rather a DR-21 missile that was launched somewhere near Jiuquan and aimed at a point near the Gobi desert. That is most likely what people were seeing in the sky that night.
Until China’s military comes out and tells their side of the story we may never know what really happened that night.
